Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using RoninTweaks LITE and/or RoninTweaks Ultimate (collectively "the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. License and Usage

2.1. RoninTweaks LITE License: RoninTweaks LITE is provided free of charge for personal use, subject to these terms.

2.2. RoninTweaks Ultimate License: RoninTweaks Ultimate is a paid product that provides additional features and functionality beyond RoninTweaks LITE. Purchase of RoninTweaks Ultimate grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these additional features.

2.3. For both versions, you may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Modify, create derivative works, or redistribute the Software
• Use the Software for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to bypass any licensing or security measures
• Transfer or sublicense the Software to any third party
• Use RoninTweaks LITE in a commercial environment without proper licensing
• Share, redistribute, or attempt to crack RoninTweaks Ultimate license keys

2.4. Hardware Upgrades and HWID Policy

Each RoninTweaks Ultimate license is tied to a single computer system via a hardware ID (HWID). You may upgrade one major hardware component—such as the CPU or GPU—or add/upgrade RAM and storage and continue using the same license.

If multiple major components are upgraded, the motherboard is replaced, or if the license is transferred to a different system, it will no longer be valid. In such cases, you must purchase a new license to continue using the software.

To support returning users, a 25% discount is automatically applied to new license purchases after HWID invalidation. This discount is permanent for all future licenses associated with your account.

Any attempts to spoof hardware IDs, bypass the HWID system, or tamper with license restrictions will result in permanent license revocation without refund.

3. Security Modifications and System Integration

3.1. You acknowledge and consent that both RoninTweaks LITE and RoninTweaks Ultimate will create Windows Defender exclusions for the installer and all tool components upon installation.

3.2. These exclusions are necessary to prevent false positives that may otherwise interfere with the Software's operation and potentially lead to system instability or damage if components are automatically quarantined during active system modifications.

3.3. By installing the Software, you explicitly authorize these security modifications to your system configuration.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All rights, title, and interest in and to RoninTweaks LITE and RoninTweaks Ultimate, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of RoninTweaks, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company (LLC) established under the laws and regulations of Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone Authority in the United Arab Emirates.

4.2. Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide regarding either version of the Software shall become our exclusive property.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

5.1. BOTH RoninTweaks LITE AND RONINTWEAKS ULTIMATE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

5.2. While we strive to maintain system stability, we do not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. IN NO EVENT SHALL RONINTWEAKS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

6.2. For RoninTweaks Ultimate users, our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the past 12 months.

6.3. For RoninTweaks LITE users, as the software is provided free of charge, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Data Collection and Privacy

7.1. Both versions of the Software collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you consent to such processing.

7.2. RoninTweaks Ultimate includes additional analytics and performance monitoring features. You acknowledge that the Software may communicate with our servers for license validation, updates, and analytics.

7.3. All data collection and processing shall comply with UAE Federal Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection and any applicable regulations of the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone Authority.

7.4. Users have the right to request information about their personal data collected and processed by the Company, in accordance with UAE data protection laws.

8. Subscription and Refunds

8.1. RoninTweaks Ultimate licenses may be purchased as a one-time payment or subscription, as specified at the time of purchase.

8.2. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNLESS THE APPLICATION DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU. All refund requests must be accompanied by detailed evidence of software malfunction or incompatibility with your system.

8.3. Refund eligibility is strictly limited to cases where the Software fails to install or operate properly on systems meeting the minimum requirements, and where our technical support has been unable to resolve the issue.

8.4. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests if we detect abuse, tampering, or violation of these terms.

8.5. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the email address provided in these Terms, with detailed documentation of the issue. Refund processing will be conducted in accordance with the regulations of the Free Zone Authority under which RoninTweaks operates.

9. Termination

9.1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license to either version at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms.

9.2. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the specific regulations of the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone Authority, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10.2. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the relevant UAE Freezone jurisdiction in accordance with UAE Federal Law and Free Zone regulations.

10.3. The Company acknowledges that it is subject to all applicable UAE laws and Free Zone regulations regarding business operations, data protection, and consumer rights.

11. Modifications to Terms

11.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of either version of the Software after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Severability

12.1. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

13. Free Zone LLC Compliance

13.1. RoninTweaks operates as a Free Zone LLC in compliance with all regulations set forth by the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone Authority and UAE Federal Law.

13.2. As a Free Zone LLC, RoninTweaks conducts business in accordance with the permitted activities listed on its Free Zone license and within the boundaries established by UAE Free Zone regulations for Limited Liability Companies.

13.3. Any business conducted outside the Free Zone is done in compliance with applicable mainland UAE regulations and through proper channels as permitted by UAE law for Free Zone LLCs registered in Sharjah Publishing City.
